Job description:

• Build team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

• Develops strategic plan by studying Market scenario region wise / product wise.

• Increase sales by collaborating with customers, government organizations, Institutions, Supply chains, corporate, PMC, Architects, structural Engineers, consultants etc., and enforcing right business practices.

• Identification of different segments and create key accounts and guide team accordingly.

• Reports. Reports on inquiry activity by product, source, on day to day basis.

• Create Enquires and qualified leads to support the sales forecast for the company on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis.

• An understanding of product positioning, promotion, and return on marketing investment are needed.

Fixed Salary: 12-18 lacs per annum

Experience: Over 15 years and at least 5 years as GM business development.

Job description:

• Creates business rules: Follows the written business rules which marketing and the sales channel must pursue to ensure 100% accountability for all lead generating activities.

• Supports Sales: Creates Enquires and qualified leads to support the sales forecast for the company on a monthly quarterly and yearly basis. :

• Creates Qualified Leads. sufficient experience to recommend to backend marketing team and marketing executives to increase the number of qualified enquiries .

• Forecasting qualified leads from the sales inquiries generated by the company. Guides systems and processes to give the sales people qualified sales leads (not just enquires).

• Lead Distribution. Distributes enquiries and leads to the sales channel, within two hours of receipt.

• On-Time Lead Arrival. Works with the sources (PR, Advertising, On-Line, Direct Mail, Telemarketing) to create sales inquires that arrive on a predictable schedule each day.

• Follow-up. Works with sales team to be sure that 100% of all sales inquiries are followed-up.

• Grading. Understands how to grade inquiries based on the product/region/qty

• ROI. Ensures that sufficient quantitative and qualitative research has been completed with prospects and customers so that management can make informed decisions about the ROI for lead generation.

• Reports. Reports on inquiry activity by product, source, on day to day basis.

• Delivers a monthly report showing sales results from sales inquires and leads.

• CRM. Understands the CRM system and works to make sure that the system delivers qualified inquiries (sales leads) in a timely fashion to the sales team.

• Database. Understands database marketing and can make recommendations about the type of database structure needed.

• Database Purchase. Understands how to purchase dB lists that have a higher return on investment than other lists.

Fixed Salary: 6-9 lacs per annum

Experience: Over 10 years and at least 3 years as Manager Customer relationship
